1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • If rejected, we will inform you of the reason for rejection.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

3. Exchanges
